LOUISA COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – The United States Geological Survey has confirmed that at 11:21 p.m. on Sunday night a 3.1 magnitude aftershock earthquake hit near Mineral, Va.
Reports came into the newsroom from all around the city, with residents in Richmond and Short Pump reporting feeling the tremor.
