RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) The St. Patrick's Day celebrations are now over, but the Irish continue to have a presence here in the River City.
On Sunday, Friends of Shockoe Hill Cemetery organized programs and tours aimed at educating visitors about the impact the Irish had on the development of Richmond.
