RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Watch out for delays along Genito Road today between Woolridge and Otterdale. Crews are slated to be on scene from 9am until 5pm. Expect alternating lane closures. Yellow caution lights will remain on flash when crews are not on scene. Reduce your speed and avoid the area if possible.
