RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) –
Construction along Genito Road was suspended last week and will pick back up today. Expect delays and closures between Woolridge and Otterdale. Flaggers will be directing traffic between 9am and 5pm today and tomorrow. There will also be yellow flashing lights when crews are not on scene. Expect delays and reduced speed limits. Avoid the area if possible.
