HENRICO, Va. (WTVR) – Henrico Police spent much of early Saturday afternoon searching the woods for three suspects they say had just broken into an Eastern Henrico home.
Lt. Richard Schurz with Henrico Police said that three men entered a home in the 100 block of E. Gray St. just after 12:00 p.m. Saturday and stole firearms and a cell phone.
Schurz said that a babysitter was watching kids in the home, but the homeowners were not there.
Additionally, Schurz said the three suspects made off on foot when police were called, and hid in the swamps off of Beaulah Rd. and La France Rd., where police caught them.
On Sunday, police identified the suspects to be Trevor J. Watson, 20, of Henrico and two juvenile males. All three are facing charges of larceny, burglary, and receive stolen or aid in concealing weapons.
