RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) –Richmond‘s Police Chief took a stroll through the city’s museum district tonight.

But this was no trip to the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.

Chief Bryan Norwood and members of his command staff walked through the neighborhood, talking to people and telling them about recent crimes in the area.

The two biggest problems in the museum district and the nearby fan have been burglaries and car break-ins.

The City of Richmond provides a searchable online database of crime incident information.
