RICHMOND, Va. – The Epilepsy Foundation of Virginia will once again host its Annual Tour de Midnight Bike Ride, only this year, it will be dedicated to Elizabeth Hart Dalton. Elizabeth was considered the face of the event and she lost her battle to epilepsy earlier this year.
Doctor Stacey Epps, President of the Epilepsy Foundation, shares about this year’s upcoming event and how a “socially distanced” bike ride will run.
