RICHMOND, Va. -- The Frankie Challenge Pledge Campaign is encouraging people of all ages to make safer choices behind the wheel and help prevent impaired driving tragedies. Founder Roy Woolwine shared the heartbreaking story of losing his 16-year-old son, Frankie, in a car accident.
To help spread the mission, the organization is hosting “Rock the Frankie Challenge” on August 5th at River City Roll in Richmond.
