RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmonder Brenda Hertsch is All American Royal Queen!
At 75 years old, she was given the opportunity to represent Virginia in the national All American and Mrs. All American Pageant in the Elite division. Not only did she win, she also took home the title of Royal Queen!
