Shaynefully Delicious Roasted Red Pepper and Walnut Dip

  • 1 16 oz. jar roasted red peppers
  • 1.5 cup walnuts
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 t smoked Paprika
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t crushed red pepper
  • Grilled vegetables for serving
  • Toast walnuts in a small pan over low heat for 6-7 minutes. Set aside.

Load the ingredients into a high powered blender in the order given. Use the GRIND function. Let the blender go for about 60 seconds. Use the tamper if needed to push ingredients back toward blades.

Serve in a bowl with a platter of grilled or raw vegetables. Enjoy!
