RICHMOND, Va. -- Virginia This Morning’s Bill Bevins debuted his new series called “My Richmond” with an interview with legendary radio personality Jay Carneal.
“If you’ve lived in this part of the world anywhere from the early 90s up until yesterday, you probably know [him],” Bill said.

“We’re going to meet folks and hear their stories,” said Bill. “Everybody has a very different take depending on what time period we’re talking about.”
