RICHMOND, Va. - Parking lot turned paradise! Hear from the couple that made it happen. Mark Robertson and Marcelo Outeiro, Owners of Nest Antiques Art and Gifts were recently featured in R•Home magazine for their transformation of a gravel parking lot into a verdant garden. Since 2006, they’ve planted and tended more than 10,000 bulbs, about 125 other planted specimens and they’ve given a home to 25 beautiful koi fish.
