RICHMOND, Va. — Today, we’re talking with two local women who spearheaded a growing gelato brand with the mission of making the delicious dessert more accessible to more people.
O’MY Dairy Free Gelato is a deliciously creamy, simply made, vegan and allergy-friendly treat. Co-founders Allison Monette and Julie Bishop are both moms and food industry veterans who share a commitment to taste, inclusivity and transparency.
Today, their sweet treats are found on store shelves at about 1,500 locations all across the country. O’MY has a line of core flavors and introduced two lower-sugar options earlier this year.
