RICHMOND, Va. – The Richmond Symphony offers the summer recital series online. This series is dedicated to composing great – Beethoven – celebrating his 250th birth year. New to the online recitals will be a chat between audience members and symphony players, creating a new interactive experience for those watching at home. The performances are good for people of all ages and generations, and will be online every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. The musicians recommend having a viewing party virtually with friends and enjoying a spicy-sweet treat (perhaps some chocolate with chili) as it mirrors the feel of Beethoven's masterpieces.
