RICHMOND, Va. - In honor of Cannon Hinnant, a 5-year-old boy killed in North Carolina while riding his bike, Teresa Welch and community partners have come together to host the Ride on Cannon Memorial Event. More than just an event, the experience offers complimentary fun for families while also offering a complimentary bike raffle. Over 30 bikes will be raffled off to children of all ages. The event will be held on September 26 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Harry G. Daniel Park located at 6600 Whitepine Road in Chesterfield.
