Chesterfield native's video earns scholarship win

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Students from across the country submitted entries for the 9th annual Project Yellow Light scholarship contest to raise awareness of the dangers of texting and driving.

Winning public services advertisements created by high school and college students premiered nationally.

One of their esteemed winners is Kambria Cooke, a native of North Chesterfield and a sophomore at Claflin University studying music.
