RICHMOND, Va. - Like many community organizations, CARITAS has adjusted its model to offer their impactful professional development courses online. The nonprofit would normally be hosting a public, in-person commencement ceremony for students participating in the workforce development class. After several weeks of online learning, the commencement ceremony for the 73rd graduating class has been shifted to Facebook Live.
