HENRICO COUNTY, Va -- Police say a suspect wanted for a Tuesday night shooting that killed one and injured another in Henrico County has been arrested.
Police told CBS 6 that Kevin Mitchell was taken into custody on Thursday night.
The shooting outside of a hotel along Paragon Place killed 33-year-old Ashley Nicole Tolliver and injured another man.
