Aaron Brooks, the former UVA and New Orleans Saints quarterback, sold his 13,700-square-foot home at 1005 Middle Quarter Court, beside the Country Club of Virginia’s James River Course, with a $1.68 million sale July 20. Read more on Richmond BizSense.
