RICHMOND, Va. -- Mayor Levar Stoney is set to air his fourth State of City address Thursday afternoon.
The address will be virtual due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It will start at 3:30 p.m. on the city's Facebook page or YouTube channel.
It was originally scheduled for Jan. 28, but Stoneytested positive for COVID-19 the day before.
After a period of quarantine and recovery, Stoney said he is feeling great.
"I look forward to sharing with all of you my vision for moving the city boldly forward in the coming year, and beyond," the mayor stated via press release.
