HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- Control of the region’s busiest mall is up for grabs. A controlling stake in Short Pump Town Center is being marketed for sale, according to a flyer obtained by BizSense.
The mall at 11800 W. Broad St. currently has a split ownership group made up of local real estate firm Pruitt Associates, Australian investment firm QIC, and Brookfield Properties, a major real estate investor based in New York. Click here to continue reading on Richmond BizSense.
