HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- Henrico County is averaging 183 new COVID-19 cases every day during the most recent 7-day period – an all-time high driven by an explosion of new confirmed cases since Christmas. The county reported 165 new cases Monday – its lowest daily number since Dec. 30. In between Henrico witnessed four days with case counts higher than any previous day during the pandemic, including the new all-time high of 236 Jan. 1.
