CBS 6 put out the call and area teens responded in a big way! More than 30 area students submitted 20 second videos explaining why underage drinking and vaping is not for them as part of the NOT4ME video challenge.

Jonathan R. from Hanover High's entry, "Stay Substance Free," received the most votes and scored a $500 cash grant.

“Jonathan is part of the TV99 Interns class comprised of six students from all four Hanover County high schools," school officials said. "Jonathan was selected by his fellow groupmates to represent the team in large part because the visual design, animation, and final edit were his work. This said, the video entry was a class project and the entire TV99 Interns Team should feel proud of their winning effort.”
