RICHMOND, Va. -- A man is suffering from life-threatening injuries after being shot in the head in Richmond Monday evening, according to Crime Insider sources.
Police responded to the 2000 block of Decatur St. around 7:30 p.m. on Monday and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
Police say they detained a person of interest while on scene.
