RICHMOND, Va. – Experts say that one in three Americans have “Pre-Diabetes” and have blood sugar levels that are higher than normal, which can lead to the disease if not controlled and checked regularly. Bedford Thaxton with the American Diabetes Association in Richmond talked about the organization’s annual “Alert Day” happening Tuesday.
