RICHMOND, Va. – Public Information Manager Angela Fountain, from the City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities (DPU), joined us in the studio to share the details on the 3rd Annual 4-week ‘Citizens Academy’ course. This course invites Richmond residents to learn all about how DPU works with tours of the five utilities, equipment demonstrations, and utility education.
