RICHMOND, Va – The 9th Annual Latin Jazz and Salsa Festival makes a return to the river city as part of the 60th Festival of the Arts at Dogwood Dell. Singer, Melina Almodovar is one of the featured performers. She stopped by the station to share a musical preview. Host of the event, Luis Hidalgo also stopped by to share details about the festival. The 9th Annual Latin Jazz and Salsa Festival is being held August 20th from 3pm - 8pm at Dogwood Dell at Byrd Park.
