RICHMOND, Va. - With blood donors taking vacations and schools hosting fewer drives throughout the summer months, Virginia Blood Services is faced with a difficult challenge to get people out and donate. Marketing Director Michelle Westbay stopped by our LIVE show to share some facts about blood donations and to promote the "Donor-Rita-Ville" blood drive event, happening all day from 11 am to 7 pm at the Double Tree hotel in midlothian.
