Richmond, Va. - Janet Starke, Executive Director for Richmond CenterStage, return to Virginia This Morning to promote the upcoming Genworth ‘Lights Up! Youth Open House’ event happening later this month. “Lights Up!” is a free event with more than 30 participatory workshops, demonstrations and performances in visual and performing arts for children ages 3 to 18.
