RICHMOND, Va. - Ryan Ripperton, Executive Director at SPARC, and legendary local musician Steve Bassett stopped by our LIVE show to talk about the fourth annual ‘Live Art: Blue’ concert. This years theme for the concert is ‘Blue.’ During the event, 250 SPARC students will perform alongside these musicians and many more, for what is sure to be the performance opportunity of a lifetime!
