RICHMOND, Va. - Kathy Halenda, joined by keyboardist Jose Simbulan, performed two selections from her upcoming one-woman show, “Somewhere Over The Rose” paying tribute to Judy Garland and Bette Midler at the Richmond Triangle Players Theater in Scott’s Addition for two performances only on Friday May 20th and Saturday May 21st.
