RICHMOND, Va. — Another batch of colder air will dip southward for the weekend. This will bring chilly conditions for the 10K. Temperatures will be in the upper 30s and lower 40s, but gusty northwesterly winds will produce wind chills in the upper 20s and lower 30s. A few snow flurries or raindrops are possible during the race.
This will not be the coldest Monument Avenue 10K in the history of the race. That distinction belongs to last year’s, when temperatures held in the mid 30s and wind chills stayed in the upper 20s.
