RICHMOND, Va - Jordan Carey of Varina High School is the winner of this year’s CBS 6/Loveland Not4Me Campaign. Jordan created a short PSA about why underage drinking isn’t for her, and was voted as the winner of the $1,500 cash grant. Varina High School Teacher Lesley St. James also won a $1,000 grant.
