RICHMOND, Va - Executive Chef Will Richardson, Owner of Shoryuken Ramen, served up his tasty Asian inspired “Chashu Chicken Buns of Steam!” Chef Will is one of the featured chefs at the 2015 Richmond Folk Feast, a unique culinary experience that will benefit the Richmond Folk Festival.
