RICHMOND, Va - Sergeant Terry Sullivan and Deputy Barry Bland, of the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office, visited the studio to invite Richmond neighborhoods to host an event for National Night Out. The event is an annual event that serves to create camaraderie positive relationships between officers and their communities through family-friendly events and activities.
