RICHMOND, Va. -- Virginia is topping another list.
A WalletHub study found the Commonwealth is 2015's Most Patriotic State.
The website based its rankings on multiple factors -- military engagement, voting habits, and civic educations, said Diana Popa, Communications Manager for WalletHub.
