Virginia’s Adoption Champion has a new initiative to give all kids a chance at a loving home

RICHMOND, Va - May is National Foster Care Month.  Kristie Camper and Debbie Johnston, CEO of Care Advantage, Inc, stopped by Virginia This Morning. Connecting Hearts – The Deborah J. Johnston Foundation is Debbie’s new initiative  with the goal to ensure that every child has the opportunity to find a loving home. She was appointed Virginia’s “Adoption Champion” by Governor Terry McAuliffe in 2014.
