RICHMOND, Va - Yoga Instructor Kathy Maguire, along with Sarah Flowers, showed us a few moves to increase flexibility and strength through Chair Yoga. By using a chair for either standing or sitting postures, you can gain strength and flexibility while reducing stress and minimizing the possibility of injury. Kathy’s Chair Yoga sessions meet most Mondays through August 3rd at Huguenot Road Baptist Church, located at 10525 W. Huguenot Road.
