RICHMOND, Va. — There will be new traffic patterns in Ashland at the intersection of I-95 & Rt. 54 due to bridge work. All lanes will be closed I-95 south from 11:30 p.m. – 5 a.m. Crews will be on scene directing traffic in the area.
