RICHMOND, Va. — The speed limit along Route 1 in Chesterfield has been reduced to 35 mph between Gettings Lane and Bellwood Road throughout the duration of the bridge replacement project. The Jefferson Davis Highway bridge is being replaced over railroad tracks and Chester Road.
