RICHMOND, Va - Michael Heny, of Horton Vineyards, put together a tasty scallop dish with sautéed spinach, onions, and a splash of white wine. This dish was just a preview of what you can find at the 2015 Taste of Monticello Wine Trail Festival. This three-day celebration of Central Virginia wines will feature products from many local vineyards in the Commonwealth. The Festival is April 9th through the 11th in Charlottesville.
