RICHMOND, Va. — Crews are replacing bridge joints in the Shockoe Valley Bridge on I-64 westbound. Expect weekly overnight lane closures from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. and weekend lane closures will take place in the same area. Westbound construction is expected to wrap up May 1st, then eastbound construction will immediately follow and is expected to be complete mid-June.
