RICHMOND, Va - Actors Max Eddy and Taanu Wuya, of Virginia Repertory Theatre, visited the studio to talk about their roles in Virginia Repertory Theatre’s latest offering, ‘The Whipping Man.’ This play, set in Richond, Virginia in April of 1865, tells a story of our struggle to belong to a community, as people of Richmond, the South, and as people of faith. Max is returning to the Virginia Repertory Theatre stage as Caleb, while Taamu is making his Virginia Rep debut in the role of John. ‘The Whipping Man’ is part of the Acts of Faith Theatre Festival.
