RICHMOND: Richmond may not have snow but that's not stopping the Children's Museum of Richmond - Central from having its annual Snow Days Festival Saturday, January 10th from 10am to 4pm.
Children can meet Anna and Elsa as they crown the 6th Annual Snow Queen at noon. Scholarship for this year's Snow Queen is provided in honor of Cameron Gallagher who passed away. There will be lots of snow filled activities. This event is free with museum admission.
