RICHMOND, Va. — A wreck on I-195 south coming into the city backed up traffic Tuesday afternoon.
The wreck happened near the Broad Street exit ( mile marker 2.2) and closed the right lane, shoulder and entrance ramp.
Drivers are warned to expect potential delays.
