CAROLINE COUNTY, Va.– A Caroline County man died early Friday morning, after he brushed against a power line that fell on his vehicle.
Around 3a.m. Friday, a 1994 Mercury Cougar was traveling on Hustle Road near Passing Road, when the vehicle ran off the left side and struck a utility pole.
The driver, Rodney F. Coleman, 45, of Milford, Va. stopped and got out of his vehicle, his left shoulder touched a downed power line, according to State Police.
Coleman died at the scene.
No other vehicles were involved .
