Meet native Richmonder and Boomers & Shakers Award Honoree James Harding

RICHMOND, Va - Native Richmonder James Harding, volunteer for the Thomas Jefferson High School of Richmond Air Force Junior ROTC program, is one of this year’s Boomers & Shakers Award Honorees. Harding has been involved in competitive shooting since age 14 and has also taught Hunter Safety Education. He drives about a 100-mile round trip to teach the AFJROTC cadets discipline, attention to detail, and marksmanship.
