Man’s viral workout encourages others to ‘get out and do something’

FLORISSANT, Mo. — A Missouri man’s daily workout videos have gone viral and are serving as an inspiration to people across the world.

“My work out day 140 part 2! Please don’t judge me. If you don’t have nothing to say nice keep it to yourself,” Larry Evans posted on Facebook.

The videos have gone viral on Facebook with many people offering words of encouragement as Evans continues his mission to get fit.

“Get up get out and do something,” Evans posted.

Larry says he started out at 800 pounds, according to his GoFundMe page. About four months ago, he was down to 641. He says he’s not doing this for fun, he’s doing it to live.

The video has over 142,000 likes and has been viewed nearly 4 million times.
