A tribute event for a local musical hidden treasure

RICHMOND, Va - Dr. Johnny J. Branch and Minister Cavell Phillips came by the studio to provide details about their upcoming musical tribute to Organist Extraordinaire Harold S. Lilly, Sr.. “Professor” Harold Lilly was born and raised in the Jackson Ward Neighborhood, and is considered one of Richmond’s hidden treasures. He continues to as guest organist and lecturer for workshops in the City of Richmond and throughout the nation.
