President Obama concerned over violence in Ferguson

MARTHA’S VINEYARD — President Obama spoke Thursday with Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon and “expressed my concern over the violent turn that events have taken on the ground” in Ferguson, he said at a news conference.

Police should not be arresting journalists who are just doing their jobs, reporting what they see, President Obama said Thursday on Martha’s Vineyard, in discussing events happening in Ferguson, Missouri.
